AR 15 and AR 10 80 percent lower receivers and jig sets to complete our AR-15 and AR-10 Style 80 percent lower receivers.  This jig set uses 6061 T6 Aluminum plates, Grade 8 screws, and Hardened steel guide pins.  The side plates are configured for perfect drilling of the hammer and trigger pin holes in the AR-15 and AR-10 80 percent lowers.  The master plates lock the side plates and hold the guide plates for a easy guide to use for removing metal from the lower receiver pocket.  Each guide plate has depth information for each step for that plate.  This is by far the easiest 80% lower receiver to complete and the Jig Set makes it simple.  All machine work is completed and within spec except for the fire control pocket and the hammer and trigger pin holes.

Various methods and tools can be used, however with the right equipment all you would need is a mill bit and a drill bit.
